- Experienced a COVID-related economic hardship
- Have a past due/delinquent LG&E bill with arrearages from March 16th, 2020 to March 31st, 2021
- Application must be completed in its entirety
If you cannot fill out the application online, you can find the Community Ministry that serves your zip code here and call them for assistance. You can also call 2-1-1 and request the number of your Community Ministry.
At the end of the application you will need to sign it electronically. (This may take a minute to load!) After signing the document, make sure you press continue. When you see this image, the application has been processed and you will hear back in less than one week about the assistance.

Qualified applicants will receive assistance based on the order received. Funds for the Metro COVID-19 Utility Assistance Program are made possible by Louisville Metro Government.
